The hotel is ideal and comfortable. the staff was helpful, and the location is handy, just a short walk to the town center. It's perfect for the steam train murder mystery experience and has a great Italian restaurant.

The food was great with a lot of alternatives. We ate at a very nice restaurant with excellent food.

It was silent, spotless and with 4 poster bed.

This place offers spacious rooms with convenient amenities like an ironing board and iron and a cozy four-poster bed.

The staff were very welcoming & friendly, the room was comfortable & cosy. The restuarant downstairs was excellent & good value for money. I would stay there again without hesitation & I highly rcommend it.

The parking was not so good.

The Caravelli is an excellent Italian restaurant that has high quality accommodation. In that sense it is not a hotel. Where it compensates is in the level of service, hospitality and quality of the food. We dined in the restaurant on the Monday evening where they have special promotions. Less than £20 per head for two courses including wine was great value. We stayed in the Beaumont Room (a double deluxe room), it is large and well presented with the standalone bath in the room behind a screen. It shouldn't work but it does! As parking is limited, I strongly recommend reserving this in advance; we had place and did not have any problems. Overall, an excellent venue and great value.

Charming and accommodating staff, fabulous food and spotlessly clean. Stayed in the Beaumont room - beautifully appointed, huge comfy bed and victorian bath. Customer service prior to booking really helpful and friendly.Could not fault the entire experience!

This place is a great option for a stay, with a clean guest room featuring a comfortable bed and a fantastic location, along with friendly staff offering exceptional service.

Immaculate & fairly quiet rooms with the bedroom, beautiful bath, for instance. Personable staff, marvellous location so close to centre of Loughborough, restaurants and pubs, and Great Central Railway. Variety of food options just a short walk away from the venue.

The service is friendly and welcoming, and there is a good selection of breakfast options available.

The location was excellent, we stayed there as I had booked my boyfriend in for a driving experience at Prestwold Hall and it was about 5-10 minutes drive. Aslo on the evening we wanted to go for a meal and to the cinema and the cinema was literally aound the corner about 5 minutes walking distance. We ate at an Australlian restaurant which was lovely and that too was about 10 minutes walk. Overall the location was absolutely perfect.

The only part of the hotel stay that could be a bit better was the parking, it didn't look like there would be enough space if someone from each room parked,
